5 Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. BigBoss888 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts; where identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 6 Deposits & Payments

BigBoss888 accepts deposits exclusively through the verified payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• BigBoss888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees levied by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

7 Withdrawals

8 Bonuses & Promotions

• Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of BigBoss888.

12 Limitation of Liability

Upon closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms, BigBoss888 may forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings, where such balance is directly associated with the prohibited conduct. Where account closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory changes), real money balances will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting BigBoss888 customer support. Where voluntary closure is requested, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided and associated bonus funds forfeited.

15 Amendments to These Terms
